Pet Supply |
When
installed in a pet supply environment, the system offers many
advantages. Mix and Match specials can help with suggested selling
for related items. Kitsets can be used to create "New
Pet" specials with all the pet supplies that someone will need with
a new pet, with all items included for a special price. Handheld stock take
makes physical inventory a breeze. |
Liquor
|
When
installed in an liquor environment, the system offers great features for
the store. The products can have a sell Unit and ratio with a price, plu
and a purchase ratio, e.g. you may sell a particular product by the
‘Can’ but stock by the ‘six pack’. When a can is sold it sell
1/6 of a unit. This product can be then linked to another code
for say a ‘Carton’ which may be the stocking unit.
When selling wine, a single code can have multiple break points, e.g. 1 for X price, then 12 for Y price etc.
Products can also have age and date restriction allocated, the age
prompts the operator to ask for ID, the date disallows the product from
selling on a certain day. |
Supermarket/
Food market |
When
installed in a supermarket/food market environment, the system offers
great features for the store, it has solid mix-n-match functionality,
plus limited quantity discount for special promotions. The system links
to many different ‘front end’ scales, and almost all scanners. The
system has coupon functionality at item level. |
Department Store |
This
system allow users to maintain absolute control of all the inventory and
sales, maximize security and minimize employee fraud while presenting
the customer with a quick, efficient and professional sales method. It
has the ability to print, track and redeem gift vouchers. It handles
multiple gift vouchers per sale and can give change by gift voucher when
required. Serial number tracking provides you with a detailed record of
each unique piece of merchandise, when it was received, what it cost
etc.
Product sets can be made from items from any department, e.g. Buy a TV
and get 50% off a bed. |
Stationary Books |
When
installed in a book store, the system offers great flexibility for the
operator, as they are able to search for books, by description, Author,
ISBN No and any additional tables you activate. Some additional tables
used to date are ‘Supplier’ and ‘Publisher’.
The layaway module enables operators and customers to see the exact
status of their account.
The ability to create product sets means you can sell a book on its own
for say $20.00 and a pen for say $10.00 but if you purchase them
together you get both for $25. You set-up which product takes the hit,
or maybe both.

General Retail |
When
used in a general retail environment, the system can guide the operator
with up-selling messages that assist it maximizing sales without any
in-depth product knowledge. It has the ability to link individual
products into product sets for automatic discounting.
The system has the ability to mix part charge debtor sales, and has an
efficient foreign currency module. |
Sports stores |
When
installed in a sports store, the operators, are able search for
products, by description, color, size, brand label and any additional
tables you activate. e.g. “what ‘Nike’ socks do you have”
Also can then give the location of where the ‘fishing rods’ are in
the store, plus be able to create a product set when entering a rod,
reel and some line.
The layaway module enables operators and customers to see the exact
status of their account. Also the validate portion by product means that
if selling restricted goods (firearms, solvents etc) then the system
prompts for validation and can print a form for the inputting of certain
data.
