Why Cypress Solutions? Cypress Solutions is a different type of solution provider. We not only sell software to resellers, we also sell direct in California and areas where we don’t have a reseller. That means, unlike a developer or a pure distributor, we aren’t dealing with abstract ideas and practices, we’re in the same business you are. We have over 300 installations of Infinity, mainly in California, which we support, both directly, and through a handful of resellers. We have a dedicated Infinity help desk, which is staffed with people who’ve installed and configured the system, and know it’s ins and outs. When your support staff calls from a customer site, our help desk has been in their position, and knows the answers. What do you offer that’s unique?
To start with, we can offer the reseller community something unique, references your potential clients can call that have used Infinity over a number of years. We have references that have replaced most of our competitors and can tell your end users why. Then there’s training. We do two-day training classes here in Orange County, with an optional additional half-day for the Multi-Site configuration. What’s unique is that we spend half a day on how to demonstrate and how to sell the product. We encourage our resellers to not only send their installers, but their sales people to our training. Our classes are taught by our Product Manager, who has over 10 years of POS Software experience at all levels of the business, and has been demonstrating, installing, configuring and supporting Infinity for four years. That’s all well and good, but
what about leads? Unlike most developers and distributors, when a reseller signs on with Cypress Solutions, we don’t send out a reseller packet with brochures and marketing collateral. Instead, we send out 1000 pieces of direct mail to chains in the region you serve. (We do send you a reseller packet with brochures and marketing collateral, as well.) Our goal is to ensure that you and your organization get off to a strong start, in the markets where Infinity shines. Infinity is not a product that was developed for the mom and pop retail market. Infinity outperforms anything we’ve seen on the market in the large terminal population chains, interfacing with their legacy systems, or CRM systems like SAP. |
